Tabarbarewar tsaro a gabashin Jamhuriyar Dimokaradiyyar Congo , yanayin zaman lafiya da tsaro a halin yanzu, da kuma dangantakar da ke tsakanin kasashen, na daga cikin manyan batutuwan da ministocin harkokin wajen kasashen yankin gabashin Afirka suka tattauna a karshen taron da aka gudanar a yankin  Zanzibar na Tanzaniya.

Ministocin harkokin wajen kasashen gabashin Afirka sun tattauna kan matsalar tsaro a gabashin DR Congo da dai sauran batutuwa da suka danganci halin da ake ciki na zaman lafiya, tsaro da dangantakar dake tsakanin kasashen, da kuma halin da ake ciki na tsarin dunkulewar kasashen yankin gabashin Afrika, kamar yadda sanarwar karshe da aka fitar ta bayyana.

Sanarwar ta yi nuni da cewa, ministocin sun damu da tabarbarewar harkokin jin kai da tsaro a gabashin Jamhuriyar Dimokaradiyyar Kwango, tare da nuna jin dadinsu kan batun sulhun jin kai da aka yi tsakanin ‘yan tawayen kungiyar “Maris 23” da kuma sojojin Kongo, inda suka ba da shawarar cewa; a mayar da sulhu ya zama na din-din-din.

Ministocin sun amince da cewa, “hanyar da za a bi wajen samar da zaman lafiya da tsaro mai dorewa a gabashin Jamhuriyar Dimokaradiyyar Kwango, hanya ce siyasa kawai,” kuma sun ba da shawarar gudanar da wani taron koli na shugabannin kungiyar kasashen gabashin Afirka domin “farfado da harkokin siyasa”.

Ministocin sun lura da bukatar “samar da ayyukan tallafawa zaman lafiya a yankin Gabashin Afirka” kuma sun amince da bukatar “gaggauta kammala yarjejeniyar tsaro ta hadin gwiwa” da kuma kafa kwamitin ministocin da za su sanya ido zaman lafiya da tsaro a yankin.

Kungiyar kasashen gabashin Afirka kungiya ce ta gwamnatocin yankin da ta kunshi kasashe 7  a gabashin nahiyar da suka hada da Burundi, Kenya, Rwanda, Sudan ta Kudu, Tanzania, Uganda, da Jamhuriyar Dimokaradiyyar Kwango.
